Absolutely not. We'd appreciate it if you could tell co-workers about SellStuffAtWork.com, but we will never contact them.
Are you going to send me email at work?
We will send you one email at work to confirm your email address. After that, you can use another preferred email address for all notifications (ex. a personal email account).
Are you going to send me email spam?
Absolutely not.
I'm not allowed to surf the web at work. Can I use SellStuffAtWork.com from home?
Yes! We don't want you to get in trouble at work, so do whatever makes the most sense for you.
How do you know my co-workers? How do you know who should see my classified ads?
We limit access to classified ads based on your email address. Consider this scenario: You work at Company XYZ. Your email address is johndoe@CompanyXYZ.com. We would only allow other users with email addresses from @CompanyXYZ.com to view your classified ads, and you would only be able to see ads from other users with email addresses ending in @CompanyXYZ.com.
I still don't get it. What's the point?
Lots of web sites let you post classified ads to sell things, etc. SellStuffAtWork.com lets you post classified ads that can only be seen by your co-workers. This way, you don't have to worry about getting scammed by creepy out on the internet. (Unless you work with creepy people. If this is the case, we're sorry.)
